If the Federal Government does not sell rice to households, and retailers, it shouldn't spend public funds displaying meaningless pyramids. Buhari need not have an expo to showcase a spoon of rice. When there's sufficiency in production, it will tell in the economy as it will self reflect in the prices in which such product is sold in the market. The government needn't spend public funds transporting truck loads of rice to Abuja for jamboree photo display, and sooner to their huts. If there is so much rice as the government is claiming, then, somebody is in control of this market and the price rise. Unfortunately, this government always fails the truth test, as his former Minister of Agriculture, in the person of Audu Ogbeh once said Nigeria will start exporting yam. Till date, there's nothing tangible to show for it. In his remark, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria said that as at the end of 2021, CBN had financed 4.5 million farmers that cultivated 5.3 ...

"Armed Forces Remembrance Day" is celebrated on the 15th of January, annually. Poppy Flowers are important to serving Military Men around the world. As we celebrate today, being the 15th of January 2022,i think it will be unwise not to reintroduce and reechore the importance and roles supposedly played by the Military. No Nation would collide with its military, if military men and women are given military treatments, taught on their rights, privileges, importance. Their place and roles should be expressly and determinately stretched and emphasized if any Nation wants to live without their interruptions, as they are with the might to intermittently interrupt peaceful democratic process, Military treatments go beyond military professionalism and Civil Military Relationship, that is "the ability of the military at the war front-the borders of a country and those voted into public office to know their limitations, respect their offices and adhere to the norms and p...

The birds shouldn't fly when the Nigerian air space is not safe. A space that's not safe for man to inhabit cannot be safe for birds to fly. We are all but victims of these rash economic policies. You think the birds are spared of the wanton economic disaster created by this incompetent government? According to World Bank, under the watch of President Muhammadu Buhari, in the year (2020)-Nigeria’s economy slid to its worst economic recession in the last three decades (30 affirmative years). I have never been a penchant antagonist, far from vilifying unreasonably nor in the habit of discrediting this poor government unfairly. This government has brazenly proven to Nigerians that the task of governance is well beyond its know-how, ideas have evaded them. Even with all the instrumentalities of governing a nation well available-the man power, the technocrats, the academia, the carrier civil servants, and the permanent secretaries… A government that artificially devaluates its curr...

Flies mate anywhere. The males are in the habit of chasing the females in the sky. Once he's on  top of her, they lean on any surface they can find and enjoy themselves.

Obadiah  Mailafia, a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, who was also the presidential candidate for Africa Democratic Party (ADC). He worked at the apex bank of Nigeria, from may 2005 to march 2007. Obadiah Mailafiya, who was interviewed on the 8th of August 2020 revealed that, Boko-Haram is sponsored by an incumbent governor in Nigeria. He said this  while speaking to ' Nigerian Info'. In his words, goes thus; "How will a government just say it is revenge killings and so on, then you leave it there because it is revenge killings and so on. The body language of this administration, the body language of the state government shows clearly that they have a hand in the killings, no doubt about it." Let me make some revelations because some of us also have our own intelligence networks, have met with some of the bandits, we have met with some of their high commanders, one or two who have repented, they have sat down with us, not once, not twice. They ...
