The Queen (Elizabeth) was known notoriously for her silence and complacency on political matters, even though almost all powers in the United Kingdom hovers around her. What we should know is that, her public show of silence doesn't mean she doesn't pertake in matters that determines how the world is to be shaped, because, most of the events that takes place are done under her signatory.
I will be talking about few dangerous events which took place under the eagles eyes of the Queen.
Operation Ajax, 1953, carried out by the United States designed by the United Kingdom. It was a covert operation that saw the systematic intrusion of the Iranian society and corruption of the hearts of the Iranian people. The US and UK sponsored that coup underground. They gave financial rewards to Iranians to rise against a democratically elected President of Mohammed Mosaddegh. This paved way for Mohammed Reza Pahlevi (Shah of Shah, King of King).
This is the reason Iran and the US are adversaries today. The reign of Shah has since been toppled in 1979.
The Queen and the CIA should be held responsible for this single act.
The UK created the State of Israel with the infamous Balfour Declaration. We cannot blame Elizabeth for this action, but we can blame her for the years of silence even as the state her state created continue to raid, kill, maim, and chase civilian population out of their ancestral homes in Palestine.
We cannot blame Elizabeth for Berlin conference, but we can blame the renegade Queen for her silence and complacency during the 30 months civil war in Nigeria.
I have written on this topic before. It was the Queen who convinced her American counterpart not to hold the Nigerian government responsible of War Crimes. You still remember when the then British PM of David Cameron called/tagged Nigerian politicians as being "Fantastically Corrupt" in a gathering where we had the queen present? It is the same queen that has kept the status quo buoyed, afloat and flourishing till date.
We cannot blame the Queen for what the National party started in 1948 in South Africa, but we can blame for for that fact that apartheid, literally "Apartness" ended in 1994. Because, after the British took over power from the Dutch Boer, till that point (1994) the British dominated.
We do not sin in our graves as we lack the ability to.
